SHIPPING METHODS: We offer multiple delivery methods to our customers. Choose the shipping method that is most convenient for you. We recommend our local customers choose our complimentary local delivery service or store pick up.

Complimentary Local Delivery
When it's available: Tuesday-Friday
Delivery Times: We offer two delivery time windows daily.
Orders placed before noon will be delivered between 4pm-7pm (same day)
Orders placed after noon will be delivered between 7am-10am (next day)
Our complimentary delivery service is currently available to our customers with a delivery address in the Tampa Bay area. Orders MUST be received by 12pm in order to qualify for same day delivery. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered on the next business day. Once you place your order you will receive a message with your estimated delivery time. There is no order minimum.

If the zip code of the delivery destination is not included above please select another delivery option. Any order placed with a delivery address outside of our zone will be contacted via e-mail and offered another available delivery method. If no response is given within 48 hours the order will be cancelled.
Store Pick up
When it's available: Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm / Saturday 11am-4pm
Need your order in a hurry? Let us gather your order before you arrive so all your items are together and ready for a quick pickup.
Please allow 2 hours before coming to retrieve your order or arrive during the time slot you are assigned in your confirmation email.

We ship all of our orders safely and securely via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our store in Tampa, FL. Once your order has shipped we will e-mail you a tracking notification. Most in stock items ship within 1 to 2 days of ordering. Once shipped you will receive your order in 3 to 4 working days.
At this time we are only shipping items within the contiguous United States.
If you are ever unsatisfied with our products please contact us via e-mail email@example.com or call us at 813-251-4086. We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase and offer guarantees on most of our food items and some of our toys (please contact us for details). We carefully inspect all of our products before they are offered to our customers, however, we are happy to replace or refund you for any items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Our apologies, but we cannot replace or refund you for items that have been used, chewed, bitten, scratched, clawed, marked, or have experienced any sort of wear and tear of any kind by your pet. All sales on bedding items are final and will not be eligible for exchange, or refund.
