We offer free shipping for all qualifying orders to anywhere within the contiguous United States. All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Join our mailing list for savings and seasonal specials.

We ship all of our orders safely and securely via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
2.3 When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship from our store in Tampa, FL within 48 hours of receiving the order.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped we will e-mail you a tracking notification.
2.4 I have special shipping instructions
If you require special shipping instructions such as a signature upon delivery, delivery location, hours of operation of delivery location, etc. please specify in the Comments section on the Order Review page while checking out.

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase and offer guarantees on most of our food items and some of our toys (please contact us for details). Every item is carefully inspected before they are offered to our customers, however, we are happy to replace or refund you for any items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Our apologies, but we cannot replace or refund you for items that have been used, chewed, bitten, scratched, clawed, marked, or have experienced any sort of wear and tear of any kind by your pet. All sales on bedding items are final and will not be eligible for exchange, or refund.
