1 Local Delivery
1.1 When do you deliver?

Our complimentary local delivery service is available Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed before noon will be delivered between 4pm-8pm (same day). Orders placed after noon will be delivered between 4pm-8pm (the following day).

1.2 What is the cost of local delivery?
Our local delivery service is complimentary to all our Tampa patrons.
Check our current delivery zone before choosing this option as your delivery method.
1.3 I have special delivery instructions

If your delivery requires special delivery instructions such as a signature upon delivery, specific delivery location, hours of operation of delivery location, etc. please specify in the Comments section on the Order Review page while checking out.

1.4 How do I know my order has been delivered?

Quiet Deliveries As pet parents ourselves we understand the chaos that may ensue following a loud knock at the front door or ring of the doorbell. Unless specifically noted upon placing your order, we won't disturb you by knocking or ringing but will send you an e-mail within minutes of delivering your Feed (a photo of your Feed is always included).

If your delivery zip code is listed here then you qualify for free local delivery.

1.6 I've selected local delivery but am outside of the delivery zone.
Any order placed with a delivery address outside of our zone will be contacted via e-mail and offered another available delivery method. If no response is given within 48 hours the order will be cancelled.
1.7 Do you recycle old Feed bags?

Yes we do! Do you have extra Feed bags from your last order? Leave them for us where your normal delivery occurs (front porch, doorstep, with your doorman, etc). We'll send you a discount code to use on your next online order after we pick up your old bags. 

2 Store Pick Up
2.1 Can I pick my order up in person?

Yes! Need your order in a hurry? Let us gather your order before you arrive so all your items are together and ready for a quick pickup.

2.2 When can I pick up my order?
When it's available: Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm / Saturday 11am-4pm
Please allow 2 hours before coming to retrieve your order or arrive during the time slot you are assigned in your confirmation email.
2.3 Can I pay for my online order in the store?
We allow our customers to place their orders online and provide payment in store when picking up the order. By placing an order through our website you are obligated to pickup your order within the designated pickup window (which will be e-mailed to you after the order is received) and provide payment in full upon pickup.
3 Domestic Shipping
3.1 How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all qualifying orders to anywhere within the contiguous United States. All orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. Join our mailing list for savings and seasonal specials.

3.2 What delivery service do you use?

We ship all of our orders safely and securely via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.

3.3 When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship from our store in Tampa, FL within 48 hours of receiving the order. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped we will e-mail you a tracking notification.
3.4 I have special shipping instructions

If you require special shipping instructions such as a signature upon delivery, delivery location, hours of operation of delivery location, etc. please specify in the Comments section on the Order Review page while checking out.

4 Returns
4.1 Can I return my order?
If you are ever unsatisfied with our products please contact us via e-mail speak@feedpetpurveyor.com or call us at 813-251-4086.

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase and offer guarantees on most of our food items and some of our toys (please contact us for details). Every item is carefully inspected before they are offered to our customers, however, we are happy to replace or refund you for any items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4.2 What is considered final sale?
Our apologies, but we cannot replace or refund you for items that have been used, chewed, bitten, scratched, clawed, marked, or have experienced any sort of wear and tear of any kind by your pet. All sales on bedding items are final and will not be eligible for exchange, or refund.
5 Recycle Bag Program
5.1 BYOB?

Bring your own bag! We encourage you to hold on to your burlap Feed bags and reuse them for your next in store purchase. For those that return bags we'll give you a discount off your next purchase with us.

5.2 How do I participate?

To participate in the program is easy: simply bring the bag we gave you back to the store on your next visit. We'll give you a discount for the returned bag. If you need a larger or smaller bag we'll swap it out for a better size (additional bags are available for no extra charge).

5.3 Can I recycle my Feed bags if my order is delivered?

YES YOU CAN! Have extra Feed bags from your last order? Leave them for us where your normal delivery occurs (front porch, doorstep, with your doorman, etc). Credits for returned bags are only given for in store transactions.
