When it's available: Monday-Sunday 11am-5pm

Need your order in a hurry? Let us gather your order before you arrive so all your items are together and ready for a quick pickup.

Please allow 2 hours before coming to retrieve your order or arrive during the time slot you are assigned in your confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping

When it's available: Monday-Friday 10am-5pm

We ship all of our orders safely and securely via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our facility in Tampa, FL. Once your order has shipped we will e-mail you a tracking notification. Most in stock items ship within 1 to 2 days of ordering.

 

International Shipping

When it's available: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

We ship all of our orders safely and securely via USPS Priority International Mail unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our store in Tampa, FL. Once your order has shipped we will e-mail you a tracking notification. Most in stock items ship within 1 to 2 days of ordering.

$85 - Items Weighing 4-8lbs and under

$125 - Items Weighing 8-12bs and under

$205 - Items Weighing 12-20lbs and under

Returns

If you are ever unsatisfied with our products please contact us via e-mail [email protected] or call us at 813-251-4086. We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase and offer guarantees on most of our food items and some of our toys (please contact us for details). We carefully inspect all of our products before they are offered to our customers, however, we are happy to replace or refund you for any items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Our apologies, but we cannot replace or refund you for items that have been used, chewed, bitten, scratched, clawed, marked, or have experienced any sort of wear and tear of any kind by your pet. All sales on bedding items are final and will not be eligible for exchange, or refund.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
